Three things hold it up.

  1. The address is the key.

    Registered nowhere. It holds funds while carrying no code and no entry in any list.

  2. The key signs once.

    Winternitz over keccak256. No public key is ever published before use, and the one published at use is already burned.

  3. Nothing of yours touches it.

    A spend is a signed blob. Anyone may carry it. Your other addresses never pay its gas.
